TI Responsibilities: As Onsite Tenant Improvement Coordinators, Suzan and I were responsible for the simultaneous design, then construction of 115 tenant fit-outs. We developed a pre-construction procedure to facilitate turnover to Tenants of all Architectural and MEP components; Reviewed Tenant Construction Documents for compliance to the Landlord Design Criteria; Integrated diverse tenant designs while maintaining consistency of the Core and Shell; and monitored quality control of Tenant Design and Construction.
